Processing & Shipping Times
📦 Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipping. Our team works diligently to get your items shipped as quickly as possible!
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days on average
- Peak Season Shipping: Up to 15-20 business days in rare cases when order volumes are extremely high. (This is not typical, but we want to keep you informed!)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States. If your location is not available at checkout, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Shipping Issues
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, there may be unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders). Incorrect Shipping Address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@zeebrify.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zeebrify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting your local carrier. If you need assistance, please email us at support@zeebrify.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
