Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us ASAP at support@zeebrify.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax may apply depending on your location. The total amount, including applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what to expect:

⏳ During Peak Seasons: Up to 15-20 business days (not typical, but possible)
📦 Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days before shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time! If you haven’t received tracking info after a few days, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your neighbors, front desk, or local courier. If you suspect theft or loss, email us at support@zeebrify.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return:

Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund amount.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method after processing. If you don’t see your refund within this timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider.

Are your products high quality?
Absolutely! We carefully curate and test our products to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you ever experience any issues, reach out—we stand by our products!
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, sign up for email notifications on the product page, and we’ll alert you as soon as it’s available again!
