Return and Refund policy
At Zeebrify, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
✔ The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✔ You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Zeebrify’s return system to ensure proper handling.
Partial Refunds
We may offer a partial refund in the following cases:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by Zeebrify
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation about the status of your refund.
✔ If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
✖ If denied, we will inform you of the reason.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Check with your bank, as there may be processing delays.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@zeebrify.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@zeebrify.com and send your item to:

Gifts
🎁 Received a gift? If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will go to the original gift giver.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Costs
🚚 You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
📦 For high-value returns ($75+), we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
Zeebrify cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
